        Many students find math to be their most difficult subject and will sometimes tell us that they just don’t “get” it.  There are well-known tutoring companies that capitalize on this mentality and sell students “tricks” and shortcuts to scoring higher on the SAT.
       
        While there are usually some quick wins, strong performance in math comes from a balanced approach including both sound strategy and consistent practice.  Truly learning math concepts is hard work and can seem overwhelming, which is why each student needs a customized plan.  Our goal is to make sure learning math is no harder than it needs to be.  Students feel confident that their effort will be translated into excellent grades and test scores.
